Eiusvsd™ aims to make returns involving pet supplies clear and manageable. The information below explains when an item may qualify for return, how authorization works, what to do about damaged or incorrect products, how replacement purchases are handled, and when to expect an approved refund.
30-Day Return Window
You must contact Eiusvsd™ within 30 days of receiving your order if you would like to request a return.
To qualify, the pet product must:
Remain unused and in its original condition
Be returned with all original packaging
Show no evidence of washing, modification, damage, or other alteration
Include the order confirmation or another acceptable form of proof of purchase
Merchandise that does not satisfy these conditions may be refused.
Request Approval Before Mailing Anything 📩
All returns require authorization from our customer service team. Please do not send a product back before your request has been reviewed and approved by Eiusvsd™.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Pet Products 🐕🦺
Please examine your pet supplies shortly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive a product different from the one ordered, contact Eiusvsd™ promptly.

Photos showing the original packaging and shipping label
A short description of the problem
After the information has been reviewed, our customer service team will help determine an appropriate resolution.
Items We May Be Unable to Accept 🚫
A return may be declined when it involves:
Merchandise that has been used, washed, or damaged
Products missing their original packaging or included accessories
Customized or personalized merchandise
Personal-care or hygiene-related products
Gift cards
Clearance or final-sale merchandise
Packages returned without advance authorization
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise or the return is caused by an error made by Eiusvsd™.
Choosing a Different Product
If you would rather purchase another pet product, begin by requesting an authorized return for the original item. After the return process has been initiated, you may place a separate order for your preferred replacement product.
14-Day Withdrawal Right for European Union Orders 🇪🇺
Customers receiving orders within the European Union may be entitled to cancel or return a purchase without stating a reason within 14 days of delivery.
The product must remain unused, stay in its original packaging, and be returned with valid proof of purchase.
Inspection and Refund Timeline 💳
When the returned merchandise arrives, Eiusvsd™ will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the payment method originally used for the purchase. Eiusvsd™ may take up to 10 business days to process the refund. Afterward, your bank, card issuer, or other financial institution may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
